How to change a monitor refresh rate.

Answer:

Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows ME users

  1. Click Start / Settings / Control Panel, double-click the display icon.
  2. In display, click the settings tab.
  3. In settings, click the adapter tab.
  4. Within this window you will be able to increase and decrease the computer monitor's refresh rate. We recommend that you set the refresh rate to at least 75Hz, if supported.

Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP users

  1. Click Start / Settings / Control Panel, double-click the display icon.
  2. In display, click the settings tab.
  3. Click the Advanced button.
  4. Click the Monitor tab.
  5. Within this window you will be able to increase and decrease the computer monitor's refresh rate. We recommend that you set the refresh rate to at least 75Hz, if supported.
