There are a few locations online where you can search and

United States State Offender Registries
On March 5, 2003 the Supreme Court ruled that states within the United  States can place lists of state sex offenders with pictures and additional information about each offender. A complete list of links to each states registry can be found on the above link.

Canada Registry
Announced on December 15, 2004 the Minister of Public and Safety and Emergency Preparedness announced Canada would maintain its National Sex Offender Registry. This registry can only be accessed by law officials, however, additional information about the Canadian registry can be found on the above link.

UK Registry
The Sexual Offences Act was passed into Parliament in 2003 and the country maintains its offender registry also known as ViSOR. The registry is only accessible by police, probation, and prison services. Additional information about ViSOR and the Sexual Offenses Act can be found through the above link.
