The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the Temp folder.

Answer:

When installing a program such as Adobe Acrobat 8.0 that requires write access to the %TEMP% directory if the User Access Control is disabled no program will be able to write to this directory. To fix this issue you can do any of the below solutions.

Re-enable Windows Vista User Access Control
