Absolute location may refer to any of the following:

1. In general, an absolute location describes the exact site on an objective coordinate system, such as a grid.

2. With a map or the Earth's surface, an absolute location is the latitude and longitude of a specific place. With a GPS (Global Positioning System) device or program, such as Google Earth, a person could get their absolute location on Earth.
