Bookmarks bar

Known as the favorites bar in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, the bookmarks bar is a toolbar found at the top of every Internet browser's window. The bookmarks bar allows users to pin their favorite bookmarks so that they may access them quickly. The bottom row of the image below shows an example of a bookmarks bar.

Tip

Use the Ctrl+Shift+B shortcut to hide and show the bookmark bar.

Tip

Use Alt+Shift+B to access the bookmarks bar. After this keyboard shortcut is pressed, use the left and right arrow keys to move around and press Enter to open the bookmark.
