Condensation

The chemical process of gaseous changing to a liquid. Most people can relate to condensation by thinking about the dew that forms on a cold glass of water or on a window in hot weather. Although not common it is possible for condensation to occur on a computer, which can cause damage because any type of moisture is bad for electronics.

  • See document CH001175 for additional information about if a computer can be damaged in cold weather.
