CW
Short for clockwise, CW is a
right direction, rotation, or movement of an object. For example, when inserting or tightening a
screw you would rotate the screw driver to the right, which is the same direction an
analog clock hand rotates. In the picture to the right, is an example illustration of the clockwise direction.
Tip: An easy way to remember this is with the popular saying, Righty tighty lefty loosy.
