Guest posting

guest post

A Guest post is writing published on a blog by an author who publishes a different blog.

Guest posting helps build brand awareness with a different audience and helps drive new traffic to your site. However, on January 20, 2014, Matt Cutts mentioned on his blog that guest blogging is too spammy and recommends not doing it if it's only for an SEO (search engine optimization) advantage.

Note

Computer Hope has never accepted guest posts and does not accept any guest posting on its site.

Why is Hopebot replying to my e-mail?

If you sent Computer Hope an e-mail about making a guest post on our site, you'd receive an e-mail from Hopebot. Because of the number of daily requests we get asking about creating a post on our site, we've set up automated responses from Hopebot to let them know we do not participate in guest posting. If you've received one of these e-mails, no further action will be taken by Computer Hope.

Can I post as a guest on the forums?

Computer Hope, like most forums and other online communities, does not allow guest posting because of abuse.
