Ink may refer to any of the following:

1. The ink is a liquid, made from various pigments or dyes, which is used to color a material. Ink used with an inkjet printer is stored in ink cartridges and colors the paper when applied.

2. Ink is a mode that converts handwritten text to an object or image instead of attempting to convert it to text. This mode is helpful for when you don't want something converted such as a signature. Below is an example of how this could look.
