Killer micro

Killer micro may refer to any of the following:

1. The killer micro, a type of microprocessor-based computer that competes with mainframes and supercomputers, at a fraction of the cost. A killer micro uses MPP (massively parallel processing) technology, assembling, and networking many lower powered CPUs (central processing units) to achieve massive processing power.

2. An e-sports player who has a high level of accuracy and fine-tuned control in a competitive video game could be said to have "killer micro," meaning extraordinary micromanagement ability. For instance, after watching Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok achieve a pentakill in League of Legends with the character LeBlanc, it would be reasonable to state, "Faker's got killer micro."
