K-Line

A K-Line, or K:Line, is an IRC configuration line that prohibits a country, domain, individual, or ISP from accessing the server. A K-Line may have been done for any number of reasons; therefore, if you are unable to access a server because of a K-Line, it is recommend you contact the administrator of that server.
