MSVC

MSVC, short for Microsoft Visual C++, an IDE (integrated development environment), for the C and C++ programming languages. It is a tool for writing and debugging C, C++, and C# code, most notably code written for Microsoft Windows, the .NET Framework or DirectX.
MSVC is available in the Express Edition or as part of the Microsoft Visual Studio. The latest version includes tools for programming in JavaScript and F#, as well.
