Oracle of Bacon

The Oracle of Bacon is a website created by Brett Tjaden and now maintained by Patrick Reynolds. It allows users to find the shortest link between Kevin Bacon, an actor, and another actor or actress of the user's choice. The website periodically downloads data from a large Internet movie database system to keep its data current. It then uses the data to map links between Kevin Bacon and other actors and actresses by way of movie titles and other actors or actresses.
