A new feature introduced with Microsoft Vista that enables users to quickly see what problems have been encountered on their computer and if solutions exists for those problems. Below is an example of what this window looks like. In addition to finding solutions for issues that exist on this computer this window is also a good method of seeing all past problems experienced by Windows by clicking the View problem history link on the left hand column.
How do I open this window?
- Click Start
- In the Start Search box type problem reports and solutions
- Press enter.
