Software
utility used to store and manage the passwords you use to log into online
services such as your banking account. What makes a password manager unique
when compared to just storing your username and password information in
a text file is that these programs will encrypt all login information and will
only un-encrypt the data if you know the master password. In the image to the right, is an
example of the KeePass login page to access all stored passwords.
