Alternatively known as rickroll'd and rick rolled, rickroll is an Internet prank where someone posts an interesting link that really points to Rick Astley's music video "Never Gonna Give You Up."

For example, classified FBI video of UFO in New Mexico catches most people's attention. However, if you were to click the video, you see the Rick Astley music video.

In July 2021, the rickroll video, Never Gonna Give You Up hit 1 billion views.
