Ringback

Also known as a call tone, a ringback is a tone or melody that is only heard by the person calling your number. Unlike a ringtone, which is heard by anyone close to your cell phone. A ringback is unique in that it allows a user to change the traditional ring heard while waiting for someone to answer their phone.
