RTR

Short for RARE (Reseaux Assosicates Pour la Recherche Europeene) Technical Reports, RTRs are RFCs published by an association of European academic organizations. For example, RTR10 or RFC1616 is an example of a RTR document. Today, RTR documents are obsolete.
