Server virtualization

Server virtualization is a computer simulation where a server's physical resources are abstracted, and hidden from the user. Virtualization software on the server creates VMs (virtual machines), each of which can be assigned to an individual user. Each customer of the service uses a virtualized operating system, completely separated from those of other users.
