SPARC
Short for Scalar Processor ARChitecture, SPARC is a microprocessor architecture originally developed by Sun Microsystems in 1987 that includes a scalar processor. The SPARC processor is a RISC processor commonly found in Sun computers; however, it is available for a wide variety of computers.
