Measurement ( http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/m/measure.htm ) -
When referring to computers a measurement is the process of determining a dimension, capacity, or quantity of an object or the duration of a task. By using measurements an individual can help ensure that an object is capable of fitting within an area, a storage medium is capable of storing the necessary files, a task will complete in the required time, or how fast a product is when compared to another product.

story.news.yahoo.com -- A new research paper to be released on Thursday is warning those companies still running Microsoft Windows 98 that they face an increased risk of a network security breach when Microsoft retires the product at the end of this year.
computerworld.com -- Microsoft Corp. has an early holiday gift for systems administrators: no monthly security patch release this month.

We would first like to thank Daniel T. for pointing out our error we had this months quiz. We have updated this months quiz with the correct answer and updated all related dictionary definitions and pages with the correct values.

This week we came across the Digital Sundial, an innovative product that displays a digital time based of the location of the sun. Unlike other digital clocks the digital sundial operates without electricity and has no moving parts. To display the time, the sunlight is cast through two cleverly designed masks in the shape of numbers that shows the current time of day. This product and web page is definitely worth viewing and could even be a great gift idea for those individuals who have everything.
