1. Short for TeleTYpewriter, TTY is a communications setup that has a keyboard and a printer. Each time a key is pressed it is automatically printed.
2. Today TTY is also used to describe a terminal session and/or line.

english.aljazeera.net -- A new e-mail virus that spread rapidly over the weekend has computer experts seriously concerned.

Bagle virus hides as calculator
news.bbc.co.uk -- Warnings are being issued about the rapidly spreading Bagle Windows worm.

* Security:

Cisco Warns of Voice Product Security Flaws
infoworld.com -- Deluged by unsolicited commercial, or spam, e-mail messages, Internet service provider (ISP) America Online Inc. (AOL) is trying a new technology for cracking down on one common spammer tool: forged sender addresses, which spammers and virus writers use to bypass blacklists and trick unsuspecting recipients.

* Privacy: No new privacy news this week.

- Working on several new scripts and features to help with the overwhelming amount of e-mail received each day.
- Posted new questions and answers.
- Working with bandwidth provider on all of the requirements that are going to be need to implement new forum system.
- Posted a public version of our 2004 goals as shown below. We plan on creating several other new sections and features that will be announced at a later time.

1. Post a minimum of 1,000 updates monthly.
2. Develop new mailing system to enhance the quantity of support e-mail's answered.
3. Develop and/or post Computer Hope online forum.
4. Revise Computer Hope Q&A section.
5. Enhance the Computer Hope search engine.
