SHTML ( http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/s/shtml.htm ) -
A file extension that is also sometimes known as SSI, SHTML is a HTML file that includes server instructions or server side includes, and is similar to a ASP file. This file is commonly used as a method of identifying files that include server instructions and which ones do not to help load each page as fast as possible.

New version of Mydoom on the loose
computerworld.com -- A new variant of the Mydoom virus has just emerged, several security companies are reporting this afternoon.
Bounty on creators of e-mail worm
news.bbc.co.uk -- The malicious e-mail worm, Mydoom, is still burrowing through global e-mail networks, but will plateau in the next two days, said security experts.
Mydoom Sets Speed Records
pcworld.com -- Mydoom, a new computer virus spreading by e-mail, is breaking records for new infections, antivirus vendors and security companies say.
MyDoom Worm Aimed at SCO Web Site
reuters.com -- MyDoom, the latest worm to infect computers on the Internet, was designed to attack the Web site of the SCO Group Inc., the small software maker suing IBM over the use of software code used for the Linux operating system, experts said on Tuesday.
* Security:
Dutch police arrest 52 in e-mail scam raids
cnn.com -- Amsterdam police said Thursday they had arrested 52 people in the Dutch capital in connection with an e-mail scam designed to defraud people in several countries with get-rich-quick schemes.
U.S. unveils cyber warning system
msnbc.msn.com -- Aiming to increase Internet security, the government is now offering Americans free cyber alerts and computer advice from the Homeland Security Department.
New Explorer hole could be devastating
infoworld.com -- A security hole in Microsoft Corp.s Internet Explorer could prove devastating. Following the exposure of a vulnerability in Windows XP earlier this week, "http-equiv" of Malware has revealed that Explorer 6 users (and possibly users of earlier versions) could be fooled into downloading what look like safe files but are in fact whatever the author wishes them to be -- including executables.
Apple Plugs Apache, App Flaws
Internetnews.com -- For the second time this month, Apple has released security patches to correct vulnerabilities found in several versions of its Mac OS X.
