This week we came across Smart Projectors, a type of projector capable of displaying the picture without the need of a canvas. The projectors provide camera feedback with structured light projection that quickly gets information about the surface the projector is being displayed on, allowing the image to be displayed correctly onto such surfaces as wallpapered walls, brick walls, and even window curtains. Additional information about this technology as well as a short movie demonstrating its capabilities can be found on the above link.
