news.com.com -- For the fifth time in two months, security researchers have publicized a serious flaw in a widely used virus-scanning program.
* Security:
GAO: Program linking schools, libraries to Internet flawed
cnn.com -- Federal oversight of the popular E-rate program that helps link schools and libraries to the Internet is flawed on several levels, congressional auditors have found.
