Granularity ( http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/g/granular.htm ) -
1. Term used to describe how clear an image is displayed. For example with a bit-mapped image the smaller the dots the better granularity or clarity the image will be.
2. If a search does not contain enough requirements or keywords it might be required that the search be more granular. Generally this can be accomplished either by adding additional keywords or by performing an advanced search.

* Virus:

Security firms issue warnings of Trojan attacks
earthtimes.org -- Johannesburg-based Computer Associates Africa, have warned that a new wave of virus attacks were expected to hit computers across the world. CA says that these attacks appear to originate in the Far East and were sweeping across South Africa on an "unprecedented scale".

Fake Bin Laden e-mail hides virus
news.bbc.co.uk -- Users are being warned not to open junk e-mail messages claiming Osama Bin Laden has been captured.

Bagle variations reaching epidemic proportions
pcpro.co.uk -- The epidemic of email threats that download the Bagle virus continues apace, according to antivirus experts.

* Security:

New hack cracks 'secure' Bluetooth devices
newscientist.com -- Cryptographers have discovered a way to hack Bluetooth-enabled devices even when security features are switched on. The discovery may make it even easier for hackers to eavesdrop on conversations and charge their own calls to someone elses cellphone.

First Trojan to attack Microsoft anti-spyware product discovered, reports Sophos
sophos.com -- antivirus experts at Sophos have discovered the first piece of malware to attack Microsoft's new anti-spyware product, currently still in beta.

* Privacy:

Microsoft Says MSN Site Hacked in S. Korea
news.yahoo.com -- Microsoft acknowledged Thursday that hackers booby-trapped its popular MSN Web site in South Korea to try to steal passwords from visitors. The company said it was unclear how many Internet users might have been victimized.
