Microsoft: Attacks on Windows flaw rise
news.yahoo.com -- Hackers stepped up attacks Friday on computers running some versions of Windows, a day after Microsoft disclosed a hole related to the mouse cursor. Vista Can Be Taken Down by an Animated Cursor
betanews.com -- In what could be the most embarrassing exploit to impact Windows Vista since its commercial launch in January, security engineers at McAfee's Avert Labs confirmed today - and posted the video to prove - that the operating system can be caused to enter an interminable crash-restart-crash loop, by means of a buffer overflow triggered by nothing more than a malformed animated cursor file.

As mentioned earlier Computer Hope updated its forums to a much more improved system. If you have not already visited the new forums we highly recommend you visit and see what they have to offer.
http://www.freewebs.com/nerdcave/taskbarshuffle.htm
We often get questions about how to rearrange icons on the Windows taskbar, which is why when we came across this page this week thought it would be worth mentioning. This free utility allows users to re-arange the icons on their taskbar in Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, and XP.
http://www.splashcastmedia.com/
We also recently came across SplashCast, an interested concept that allows anyone to create streaming media channels that combine other video, music, photos, and even voice over narration or commentary.
https://www.mediamax.com/
Finally, we also recently came across MediaMax, an online storage center that allows users to store up to 25GB of data online with a 1GB a month transfer rate and send files up to 10MB files for free. While the company does offer other alternatives, this free solution is a generous offer and will suite most users.
