1. New Computer Term.
S.M.A.R.T., short for Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting
Technology is a diagnostic method originally developed by IBM
to test hard disk drives. Extended information on S.M.A.R.T.

* 3/02/2001 - Napster, fighting for its life against the
powerful recording industry in court Friday, told a judge
that it will block access to illegally copied songs traded
through its Web site this weekend. Lawyers for the hugely
popular music-swapping service made the offer in an effort
to keep the service from being shut down as Judge Marilyn
Patel decides how to revise an injunction against Napster.

technology called Cubiceye from 2ce allows users to browse
the Internet in a 3-D cube mode where a user can navigate
and view pages in different dimensions. While the new and
very innovative technology may sound confusing watching
the online demo's we could really see how this new method
of browsing the Internet could increase productivity and
