ADSI ( http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/a/adsi.htm ) -
1. Short for Active Directory Service Interface, ADSI enables access to Active Directory by
exposing objects stored in the directory as COM objects.
2. Short for Analog Display Service Interface, ADSI was developed by Bellcore in 1993 is a
protocol that allows for voice and data to be heard and displayed on devices such as phones
over a analog telephone line.

* Virus: No new virus news this week.
* Security:
- Internetnews: The Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center (CERT/CC) Friday
warned of nearly 20 vulnerabilities discovered in Oracle servers.
Found by David Litchfield of NGSSoftware, the vulnerabilities include buffer overflows,
insecure default settings, failures to enforce access controls and failure to validate input.
CERT said the vulnerabilities could allow the execution of arbitrary commands or code, denial
of service and unauthorized access to sensitive information.
- A warning about the security flaw identified Monday in the zlib compression/decompression
library affecting Linux systems has been broadened to include Windows and any other other
operating systems that use the zlib code.

This week we stumbled accross the Filewalker, developed by a Invair Technologies a company
based in Germany. The Filewalker is a one handed PDA running a Linux Operating System with a
133MHz processor, 32MB SDRAM and 16MB Flash ROM.

We also were sent a link to the Flex CD by Flexstorm. Like the name implies flexstorm has
developed a flexable CD with the same capabilities as a regular CD.
