http://www.kartoo.com
This week we talk about another search engine known as Kartoo. Kartoo allows a user to graphically view the results of their search through Macromedia Flash or HTML, view sites with related by keywords, remove and add certain keywords to help zero in on the results, and much more. Unfortunately not all browser versions support the HTML features of Kartoo, in order to display Kartoo in Flash the user must have one of the latest versions of Macromedia flash, and to view the description of the page the user has to move his or her mouse over the link. Overall Kartoo is a great method of graphically looking at the web and even locating results that you may not be able to locate in other search engines. However, users wishing to quickly locate a match to their results or who have older browsers or browsers that do not support advanced features may find other standard search engines more effective.
