Keycap ( http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/k/keycap.htm ) -
The description of the actual key on a standard desktop computer keyboard. Keycaps allows for easy to see text on a keyboard as well as easy to use keys. Keycaps are generally available in white. However, are also available in such colors as black, gray, blue, red, brown, and more.

Keycaps can be easily removed by using a screwdriver or key and gently inserting the tool at a 90-degree angle in-between the keycap and another key or side of the keyboard and pressing down to pop the keycap off.

In addition to utilizing the above recommendations for removing a keycap there are also various devices known as keycap pullers, designed to remove a keycap.

This week we came across a very interesting product and solution from Interactive Imaging Systems, Inc. known as the Second Sight. The Second Sight M110 is especially interesting to us as this solution allows a user to connect a small head display to a Compact Flash or PCMCIA slot, allowing the user to a full 640 x 480 pixel display on a portable computer and even a PDA.
