TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Does PartitionMagic work with any drive compression?

PartitionMagic 4.0 cannot may not run from Windows if the hard disk drive is compressed. Additionally, PartitionMagic can work with the host drive, which is generally the H drive. If attempting to modify the host drive, you may want to reduce the resize of the compressed drive using the compression software to give PartitionMagic additional space to resize.

When creating any additional drives, ensure that all drives are created after the host drive.
