About elm
Program command used to send and receive e-mail.
Syntax
elm [-a] [-c] [-dn] [-fx] [-h] [-k] [-K] [-m] [-sx]
[-V] [-v] [-w] [-z]
*Before elm can be ran an elm configuration file
.elm file must be on the root or root of the user profile.

Check the given alias only |

Ret debug level to 'n' |

Read folder 'x' rather than incoming

Examples
elm -z - Opens ELM if mail is waiting however
returns to prompt if no mail is waiting.
