Founded in 1996 by Prasad Wagle, Daniel Mendez, Trae Vassallo, David Cowan, Hong Bui and Chris Zuleeg, Good Technology provided secure mobility solutions for businesses. They were headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, USA. Its services included mobile device management, a secure mobility platform, mobile service management, and a suite of collaboration applications.
In September 2015, Good Technology was acquired by BlackBerry, Ltd. for $425 million.
