Founded in 1992, QLogic is a manufacturer of high-performance servers and networked storage. Its products include Fibre Channel adapters, converged network adapters, Ethernet adapters, SCSI adapters, and ASICs.
In 2016, QLogic was acquired by Cavium technology for approximately $1.3 billion. In 2017, Cavium was acquired by Marvell Technology for approximately $6 billion.
