June 7, 2006 - SBS Technologies became part of GE Intelligent Platforms.
November 1996 - Bit 3 became a part of SBS Technologies, Inc. in November 1996 and changed its name to SBS Bit 3. However, SBS Bit 3 continues to be its own subsidiary of SBS.
April 2006 - SBS Technologies was acquired by GE Fanuc Embedded Systems.
