I tried downloading all of the different options and renaming them and nothing is working.  I down loaded them from my lab top onto a disc and tried to run it and that didn't work.  I downloaded it to my network and tried to run it and that didn't work.  I was just going to reload the computer with the disc's but the same messages come up. Help
