Timing Frequency Is Off

We received an error message "Timing Frequency is Off"...and the monitor has funny colors/sizes.  Any ideas on how I can fix this??  We did recently add a cable modem but it was working fine at first.

    Check your device manager. Is there any errors?

    Nope - no errors on the device manager.  Could it have something to do with the modem install?
