    microsoft word/powerpoint document question
    « on: April 12, 2010, 09:20:15 AM »
Iam trying to do a layout for a design on a t-shirt, and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to box in the lettering of each advertisement.  Make a box square for each name on the t-shirt.  Thanks.

Not sure I can help since I'm not very familiar with PowerPoint.  But, to help us help you, please tell us what version you have.

Are you wanting an invisible box or one that you can see? You can use the options on the drawing toolbar to do this.

If I understand you properly you want to put a box line around a name.
After selecting "Insert" then "Text Box" and once the text box is visible, place cursor on the edge of the text box and right click. One of your options now will be "Format Text Box". Choosing this option allows you to make a solid box line (of your color choice) around the object(in this case a name) .With this option you can also choose "Fill" should you want to fill the box with a color of your choice. There are also a few additional options in "Format Text Box".

If this is not what you are looking for, please reply to this post.
