Something is wrong with my browsers (video included)

For some time now, I've experienced something annoying in every of my browsers. As you can see in video, it happens when I scroll up but not down (it happens on every website, not just Msn). First I thought it was my drivers, so I updated my video driver, but nothing changed. I've checked around the internet but I can't find anyone with similar problems. If it helps, I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 330 video card.
    Can anyone help?

could be a problem with the card itself.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

The card is most likly not loading fast enough.

What type of computer are you using?

Hmm, it seems to be fixed now.
For some reason, video driver wasn't fully updated even though I updated it from NVIDIA's hompage. I updated it again to a newer version and changed back to Windows Aero (changed to basic to see if it helped) and the problem seems to gone.
