I currently own a Toshiba Tecra. I was just finished getting rid of a virus and restarted my computer, but once I did, it would not go past the welcome screen. It says 'welcome' for about 2 minutes before bringing me to the computers' accounts. I would click on one, and it would say it was loading my preferences, but then it would just bring me back to choose an account. I waited a while to start the computer again because I thought maybe it was over heated or something, but still the same problem
I have tried to turn on the computer in safe mode, safe mode with networking and with last known good configuration, but none of this has worked. Anyone know what I can do?
