    PLEASE I AM LOOKING FOR SOUND AND VGA DRIVER FOR COMPAQ PRESARIO F700, WINDOW XP, PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP..

    The prob is above said link does not list many of the drivers for Windows XP.

    get the device Ids and we can do a search on internet.

    Ignore the above post. Laptop drivers should only be downloaded from the laptop manufacturer's website.

    or if you can go to product manufacturer's site to get the drivers (like nvidia.com for nvidia graphics cards for example), that's another way to go.

      You need to know the more exact model of the notebook.
      Seems that more drivers are for Windows Vista, though.

      But if you need one for XP, I'm finding a way out of it too.

          If what you were looking for is not listed, then it is not available for downloading from the web in this OS and language. You can specify another Operating System or you can choose another language at the top of this page. Please note that English is the default language for drivers.

      I also found out that if you download from Intel or Nvidia, it may work, but it may not yet be customized to fit your notebook.

        Some Vista laptops shipped do NOT have XP drivers available...
        If you can't locate them at the manuf. site yer outta luck for XP.

          Actually, there is a way.
          Grab a Linux distro, eg. Ubuntu, and install virtualbox.
          And then, install windows XP in it.
