window initialization error

"window initialization error"
When I try to start a program this little box pops up and says
window initialization error. I use this program all the time. But I
just got this used laptop and installed the program. It starts up
when I first download it. but when I close it, It wont start again.

I uninstall it and re install it and the same thing happens. I have no
idea what to do.

Yes, I'm sorry. I should have included that info. It is a windows laptop. 1.6 mh.  1 gig of ram.

It is a program that was created for a small group of us internet marketers. I can send you the download link if you want but I can't discuss it on an open forum. It is used to transfer info to a remote server.

Well, in that case, why don't you contact program's maker?

They have no idea what is causing it on my computer. Because it's my compters fault and not their program. I have used this for months, but now that I got this used computer, somthing is causing it not to start correctly.
