e-mail stopped working , help

i cannot get into my e-mail , i'm .co.uk and it wants  me to sign into .com , also some stupid security seal as well , i have tried everything even setting up a new e-mail account nothing works , i have not got to my e-mail's for 4/5 day's

ok , it's running and checked to-day but win 7 doe's not pick it up in the log
