From the taskbar 'Start' circle windows button you should find the 'Control Panel' listed on the right.
From the Control Panel go to > Device Manager
Under that you should have listed 'Sounds, video and game controllers', expand that tab.
You should be able to find the 'HDMI' High Definition Audio Device under that tab, right click it and select 'Update Driver Software'.
It will popup wheither you want to automatically search or manual, select 'Browse my Computer for driver software'.
Next screen, select browse and navigate to your 'ATI Catalyst installation directory', ensure the 'Include Sub-folders' has been ticked and continue by clicking 'Next'.
It should replace the Microsoft drivers with the offical ones from your graphic card update.
