formating problem

hi i have a sony laptop,model PCG-C1XN  how can i format it?but i dont have any origenal cardes for the window or floppy disk or hard *censored*.
what shall i do?from where ill bring them?

    I think maybe it was supposed to be "cards" and as for hard thingy, maybe that means the HD?

      I think you mean.......floppy disks........What o/s is on the sony!

      And no fed .....i dont pull stuns like that ???
