Can't send outlook express emails

Why am I getting this message?  I have been using outlook express for years on several computers. My settings are all the same, but on this one laptop, I have recently started getting this message. All other computers are fine. I have not downloaded any programs recently, or had any viruses or other problems.  Have had this before, but somehow was able to get it fixed, but not this time.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, amazingly that worked. I had tried changing the port to 110 and that didn't work.  That's what I love about these boards, the information that is available.
