email attachments

[glb][/glb] I use juno and have always got my attachments fine but lately all attachments are coming to me winmail.dat and I can't open them. Can anyone help? THANKS

1)Does this happen to anyone else you know who has juno? Or just to your computer?
2)does it happen on your email account all the time? or does it go away when you use a different internet-connected machine?
3)How long exactly has this been happening?
4)Virus definitions updated?

I don't know anyone else with juno. It happens all the time now. About three months ago I bought a mp3 player and had to upgrade my system  from windows 98 to 98se and I believe it has been happening since then. We are not on the computer alot don't check email everyday so I'm not exactly sure.

Do this:

Have a friend send you an attachment. Do the following:

1) Find another computer with internet access.
2)Check email. try opening attachment.
3)Report back to us.
