Dell webcam laptop built in

My webcam is not working in my laptop, sometimes and the screen is all black.  I want to reinstall the webcam but i dont have a installer

Where are the original Driver/OS cd's that shipped with the laptop ? ?

i have all the drivers, 2 cds, which one I use for my Del, i tried to insert the 2 cds but there is not webcam, is there another name of of webcam in the driver. I have 2cds here, the one is Drivers and Utilities and the second is 0perating system.  I have tried the Drivers and Utililites cd but no webcam found.
