multiple usb connections
« on: February 27, 2011, 02:18:01 PM »
:-\ I am curious to find out if a mainboard only has one plug for FP usb and you have top usb & audio as well what do you do to be able to use them all?  My mainboard is the Intel S5000Xvn.  Is there such thing as a raid usb controller card?  If there is I have yet to find one.  I have used many search engines and either I don't know the proper name for the device or it doesn't exist.  If you can help feel free to post here or just e-mail me with your suggestion I am willing to try anything at this point.

1) Why RAID
2) Addon PCI USB cards will give you up to 6 new ports...
Raid doesn't even enter into it.
